Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Once your return is received it will be inspected. Please be aware that there is some time involved in processing a refund/exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed.

RETURN OF GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we still require a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

SHIPPING OF ITEMS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Notify us via email (info@horsenrider.co.za) that the returned product is being sent. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for items lost during transport.
